Besides data collection and web mapping services, Upande offers analysis services to make sense of all the data collected and visualised.
Upande uses a number of tools to provide this service. Analysis can be based on ESRI products such as ArcView and ArcGIS, as well as Open Source desktop GIS tools including: Google Fusion Tables, QuantumGIS and GRASS.
Some of the projects that involve data analysis include the Dairy Farmers Mapping, Flametree Systems, h2.0 Water Quality App and Water Point Mapping.
